Our project is a smart bus occupancy tracker that helps passengers make informed travel decisions by providing real-time bus capacity updates. Using motion sensors placed at the entrance and exit doors, we accurately count the number of passengers on board. This data is processed and displayed via an app or website, allowing commuters to see whether a bus is full before it arrives. By reducing uncertainty, minimizing wait times, and improving transit efficiency, our solution enhances the overall public transportation experience.
