💡 Inspiration

Women today face multiple interconnected challenges — safety concerns, lack of proper career guidance, and limited access to emotional and health support. Most existing solutions address these problems in isolation.

We wanted to build something different — a unified, AI-powered ecosystem that empowers women not just reactively, but proactively. The idea was to create a platform that supports women in feeling safe, growing professionally, and staying mentally strong — all in one place.

Fearless Femmes is an AI-powered multi-functional platform designed to empower women through:

🛡️ Safety Tools – SOS alerts, safe route planning, and risk zone mapping
📞 Fake Call Generator (AI-powered) – Generates realistic calls to escape unsafe situations
💼 Career Support – AI-based roadmap, skill-gap analysis, mentorship
❤️ Emotional & Health Support – Mood tracking, insights, and wellness guidance
🌐 Community Platform – Anonymous discussions and peer support

It combines multiple real-world solutions into a single seamless experience.

🛠️ How we built it

We adopted a modern full-stack + AI-driven architecture:

Frontend: React.js with Tailwind CSS for a responsive UI
Backend: Firebase for authentication, database, and real-time updates
AI Integration: Gemini API for generating fake call scripts and intelligent insights
Maps & Routing: OpenStreetMap + OSRM for safe route planning
Speech System: Browser Speech Synthesis API for realistic fake call audio

We focused on modular design, allowing each feature (Safety, Career, Health, Community) to scale independently.
