It's the "everything you've done has been as we have foreseen" line from when they first lifted the seal in Rakua, his quotes from when he first demonstrated the effects of Rakulium, one where he says Blacky has nice fur that I forgot where is from, the "annoying bugs must be swatted down" line from when they first defeated Rubella and Indi, and the "the world will soon bow before us"line from right after the timeskip.
