Hi! 

My name is Anna. I am one hundred precent Armenian, but all- American. I strive to bring the best of East and West together into my essence as a woman. Soap companies today use harsh chemicals such as sodium laureth sulfate (SLS), parabens, triclosan, and propylene. I wanted to stay clear of that. I started D’essence and Co. as a passion and wanted to create soaps that were good for your health as well as the enviroment. I drew on my training as a chemist, and my background as a nurse to create soaps for the body and candles for the soul. I started making soap in my kitchen as a hobby for my neighbors, family, and friends about 9 years ago. I created clean recipes for people I knew who would love them. I made soaps for their essence as people. At D’essence and Co. we are continuing to create handmade soaps and candles that help you grow your inner spark, and your essence.
