About-Version

Windows' wallpaper and graphic style can become boring after a while. If you want to really customize your system's appearance, then this free program can be useful for you. It allows you to change all the Windows' graphic and sound elements like cursors, color schemes, default font, wallpaper, screensaver, sound scheme and more. You can use any of the millions of Windows themes available on the Internet, or create your very own themes.

You only need to collect the different elements you want to add to your theme, set them up and choose the "Save as" option of the menu. This will create a theme file, and the next time you want to use these settings, you will only need to open the file, and the program will change Windows' settings accordingly. If you choose to use a predesigned theme, you can adjust all the elements of a given set. For example, maybe you like the sound scheme, but the Exit Windows sound is too mellow for your taste. In this case, you can change this single element, leaving the rest untouched. This feature allows you to change a single icon, color, and so on. All in all, this is a free and useful substitute for Windows Plus!

Combines in one freeware, essentially every mod ever needed for desktop-themes; makes Plus! work... this update was added in 2007 by the original prgmmr, Ken Foster. There are small compatability problems with With WinXP, but usually works More
