This is the all-new mobile companion app for Deskpro, the helpdesk software for 21st century organizations. As a Deskpro agent, now you can handle tickets from your iPhone or iPad as quickly and efficiently as you can from the desktop. You must have an existing Deskpro helpdesk running the latest Deskpro version for this app to work. * Create new tickets, users and organizations. * Filter, sort, assign and update tickets. * Swipe left in the ticket list for quick ticket actions. * Customize the ticket view: choose to show custom fields or labels. * Apply mass actions * Reply quickly using your snippets and macros. * Attach files from local storage, iCloud Drive, or Dropbox. * Supports iOS notifications. * Includes advanced features like problems & incidents.
