    Roman Gebhard

    Managing Partner FLUID Design GmbH

    Roman Gebhard is managing partner and co-founder of FLUID Design (formerly LUNAR Europe), a Munich-based design and innovation consultancy founded in 2006. FLUID helps organizations humanize technology through strategic, human-centered design.

    With experience across LUNAR Design in San Francisco, frog in New York, and Siemens Design / Designafairs in Munich, Roman brings a rare blend of industrial-, UX, and interface-design expertise - paired with strategy and insights that turn complex challenges into elegant, people-first solutions.

    He earned a B.Sc. (Hons) in Industrial Design from Art Center College of Design and has led workshops at the Design University in Lund, Sweden.

    Roman leads multidisciplinary teams to create user-centric products, services, and experiences for clients in health, consumer tech, and critical industries. His approach combines the agility of a boutique studio with the rigor and scale of enterprise programs, ensuring innovation remains grounded in real human needs.

    His work has been featured in major professional publications and recognized with numerous international design awards. Being active in the global design community, Roman has served as a juror for the iF Design Award, IDSA Design Awards, and the Spark Design Award. As a leader and evaluator, he champions thoughtful, impact-driven design that improves everyday life.

    Bastian Albinus

    Sr Industrial Design Manager ASUS Computers

    Bastian is an internationally experienced Industrial Designer and Innovation Strategist leading design development across Europe, Asia, and the United States.

    With experience working in Fortune 500, start=up, and international agency environments he has developed a wide variety of award winning Consumer electronics, Home Appliances, and Tech Products. His work sits at the intersection of human-centered design, advanced product engineering, and brand-defining aesthetics, with a consistent focus on translating strategy into tangible experiences and meaningful products.

    Starting out with an education in Graphic Design and later expanding into a degree in Industrial Design at the University of Wuppertal in Germany, he is driven by a belief that design is the intersection of emotion and function.

    Designing experiences is the chance to shape behavior, culture, and our every day lives - and that lasting design value emerges when craft, technology, and human insight align.

    Janet Owczarek

    Industrial Designer BSH Hausgeräte GmbH

    Janet has spent the past fourteen years shaping product design at BSH GmbH, working across a wide range of categories—from major domestic appliances like washing machines and dishwashers to an array of small household devices, like coffee machines, kettles and toasters. Her practice blends deep hands-on design expertise with strategic thinking, enabling her to drive projects from early concept through to production.

    In addition to leading project teams, Janet acts as a design-thinking coach, fostering cross-disciplinary collaboration and guiding innovation initiatives.

    Some of her designs have been honored with international design awards.

    Nicolas Denhez

    Director Industrial Design Anduril Industries

    Nicolas Denhez is a Paris-born, Seattle-based French-American Industrial Designer and Creative Director who currently serves as Director of Industrial Design at Anduril Industries, where he leads Warfighter Systems EagleEye program family of mixed-reality systems. With a career-long passion for simplifying technological complexity through elegant, human-centered design, Nicolas previously spent a decade as Senior Director of Design at Microsoft, leading the development of HoloLens and Xbox gaming devices. His extensive portfolio includes leadership roles at Dell, where he envisioned the iconic Adamo and XPS lines, as well as senior positions at Samsung Wireless Design Lab and Lunar Design. An alumnus of the Art Center College of Design Europe and Institut Superieur de Design, Nicolas is a Good Design Ambassador with over one hundred patents to his name. His award-winning work—recognized by IF Design, Red Dot, and IDEA—has been exhibited at prestigious venues like the New York MoMA and the Cooper-Hewitt National Design Museum, cementing his status as a leading voice in the global design and product development community.
