At our production facility in Helmond, we process more than 100,000 tons of raw materials each year. We not only produce our own products, but also process and package products for our partners.
Our modern packaging lines operate at full capacity. Each hour, we package around thirty tons of solid fertiliser granules into bags of up to 25 kg, and 24 tons into big bags of 500 and 1,000 kg. Liquid fertilisers are filled efficiently: 360 bottles of 1 liter, 100 jerry cans of 20 liters, and eight large 1,000-liter IBC containers per hour.
