This is the current list of techniques that Tsubaki has with her current meister, Shin Jin-ho. They're currently based on techniques she already knew, but modified for her new meister's quirks and personality.

Tsubaki was born in the Village Hidden in the Mist. She's the heir to the Nakatsukasa clan and has her clan's bloodline limit ability. She inherited the full version of it, giving her the potential to be a very dangerous shinobi. Due to the village's feelings about genetic abilities, her parents kept her abilities a secret and made sure that she understood she could not show anyone. They taught her to deal with her abilities in secret.
When it came time to test out of being a genin, Tsubaki was told that she would be fighting to the death like all of her other classmates in one on one duels. She was horrified at the idea of killing a friend, or that other friends would be killed. Her classmates were afraid, but they would fight. The only way to stop this was to stop the test. She was the first match of the testing, and instead of fighting her opponent, she turned on the officials. She used her bloodline limit, cutting through the unexpecting jounin that were supposed to be controlling the testing. She was wounded by the Fourth Mizukage, who was in attendance to watch the promising prodigy fight, and fled. She left the test in shambles.
She spent years on the run as a missing-nin, hunted for her defection and for her bloodline limit. Akatsuki recruited her after she was observed taking out three hunter-nin on her own.
She loathes violence, but at the same time, she is willing to fight and do what she must in order to destroy the existing village structure. Tsubaki does not want anymore students to be put in the position she was. She only kills as a last resort. She was assigned to Shin Jin-ho as a partner, and it has worked out very well. He does the bulk of the dirty work, assassination and torture, while Tsubaki covers information gathering and anything that requires her unique set of jutsus or stealth.
Her bloodline limit is water based, as expected. Her Weapon Element Technique is the ability to make weapons. She can't be disarmed, since she'll just create something new. The weapons appear to be made of water, but are unbreakable in most fights. Her control of her weapons is also absolute, making it possible for her to change the trajectory when they are already in flight and makes her accuracy near perfect. Her partner has managed to break one of her blades, but that is the exception to the rule and she can just repair them. Her weapons will morph and change as needed, since they are technically nothing more than water. She is typically seen fighting with a pair of kusarigama, but also fights with a katana, a kunai, a cloud of senbon, or a massive shuriken.
A second technique is her Water Dance Technique. In this more advanced form, the water is more abstract, following her thoughts. She can bind or cut. It is named for the way she moves while using it, water wrapped around her and directing it to lash out and attack. The water doubles as a shield to protect her.
She can also use her bloodline to sense who is in the area, using the water in the ground to pick up movement and/or chakra. Her taijutsu is weak compared to her ninjutsu. Much of her reputation is due to the clan abilities she inherited. Despite her peaceful nature, she is considered an S-rank criminal and very dangerous in a confrontation.

Shin Jin-ho
Her meister, her boyfriend, and currently even her roommate. These two have been partners for fifteen months and dating for thirteen months. She's warm and friendly, he's a plank and socially retarded, how could it not be perfect?
Maka
Her best friend from back home and her best friend in the facility. The two girls stick together and discuss everything from boyfriend trouble to how to deal with rampaging demon gods.
Soul
Another friend from school and a fellow weapon, Tsubaki thinks he's very cool and tries to make sure they have time for basketball regularly.
Allen Walker
These two have been buddies pretty much since Tsubaki arrived. They are both determined to do the right thing, and he's taught her how to play poker.
Sasha
He's an adult, but he's a cool adult. He was very supportive when she was injured at Whispering Rock and she definitely qualifies him as one of her friends.
Gamzee
He's such a nice guy, Tsubaki can't help but like him

Okay, there was the one little incident with pails and where babies come from, but they worked it out and now they can have girl talk
