You can quickly record the location, attributes including asset details and defect condition rating and also take a photo of the issue directly from the application. Sometimes problems can't wait until you get back to the office, at a press of a button you can email the current defect to a list of email addresses. The attributes are designed with Local Government in mind but should cross over in to just about any other field without too much work from you on the customisable fields. Photos can be retrieved by iTunes file share or Dropbox. Database information can be exported as a CSV and accessed by either file share or dropbox as well. This is a professional asset management tool at amateur level pricing, designed and built by someone with 10 years of experience in local government and condition assessing.
