-"This buck was hit by a car at a 1.5 years old. He never could get the one side back to normal. Last year he had less points but had a long flyer point that split. I hunted this deer very hard last year to only have two daylight pictures all year of him. This year I did my homework on the flyer buck. I watched him use the same trail 2 days in a row before season started going to food. So I hung a stand mid day and waited 3 more days till season started. So there was cooler weather for the weekend coming. I knew I had a good chance of seeing him right before dark. I seen a lot deer feeding and moving through. I knew it was getting to prime time as weather was cooling off sun going down. Boom same trail same time coming to food. The rest was history quartered away 25 yards. I listen for the crash and yes i heard it. I knew I had a mature buck and a very odd coolest buck I probably will take in my life. I made the call to my wife and my son for some help to track and load this buck without messing the velvet up."
