Decode Duo ! A free word game inspired by Codenames - Play with your friends and family online or offline.
🕵️♂️ This game works similarly to the board game Codenames Duet (though it is not the official game!). Get ready for your next Codenames game by practicing on this app!
If you want to have fun with a friend while waiting in line or riding the subway, then this is the best offline game for you! 👏But now, you can also play it online with a friend!
Use the provided collection of words, or you can also add your own words to the mix!
HOW TO PLAY OFFLINE/LOCALLY
▪️ 👨📱👩The 2 players will play in co-op on the same phone, so you will be passing the phone around.
▪️ Each player has a different role, you get to pick between the Code Master 🕶️ and the Detective 🕵️.
▪️ The game starts with a collection of randomly generated words, each word has a color that could be green, red or yellow. 🚥
▪️ Only the Code Master can see the colors and will give one-word clues that can point to multiple green words.
▪️ Using these clues, the Detective tries to guess all the green words while avoiding the red and yellow ones.
▪️ Reveal all the green words to win! 🏆
WHY SHOULD YOU PLAY?
▪️ Test your word association skills, see if you can come up with clues that point to a maximum of seemingly unrelated words. 🤔
▪️ Challenge the connection you have with your friend, will you be able to beat the game together?
