Deckathon is a pitch-focused hackathon where innovators, creators, and dreamers turn bold ideas into compelling presentations. Instead of racing to code, participants craft pitch decks that showcase their vision for an app, startup, or product. The goal is to highlight creativity, clarity, and impact — not lines of code.
Whether you’re imagining a brand-new app or refining something you’ve already started, Deckathon gives you the stage to show off your problem-solving skills, business thinking, and design sense. At the end, participants submit their decks, and the best ideas will be recognized for their innovation, practicality, and presentation quality.
This is your chance to shape ideas that could change the world — one deck at a time.
🚀 How to Get Started1. Form a Team (or Fly Solo)
You can participate individually or with up to 4 teammates. Mix skills — designers, storytellers, strategists, and coders all have a place here.
2. Choose Your Idea
Think about a problem worth solving. Is it in education, health, entertainment, climate, or everyday life? Your app or startup should address a real need.
3. Brainstorm & Design
Sketch features, outline your value proposition, and imagine how users would interact with your product. Mockups and wireframes are encouraged but not required.
4. Build Your Pitch Deck
Create a short, clear, and powerful presentation (7–12 slides). Include:
-
The problem you’re solving
-
Your solution/app idea
-
Key features
-
Why it’s different from existing options
-
Market or audience
-
Potential impact
5. Submit Your Deck
Upload your presentation as a PDF or Google Slides link by the deadline. The most organized, innovative, and practical ideas will rise to the top.
