Implementation & Deployment Lead

Summary

The Implementation & Deployment Lead owns the successful execution of new dPlat implementations, ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery while establishing scalable processes that enable repeatable, enterprise-grade deployments. This role is critical to operationalizing delivery excellence as DebtNext scales.

Description

The Implementation & Deployment Lead is responsible for end-to-end ownership of new dPlat implementations and deployments, ensuring on-time, high-quality client delivery. This role serves as the central driver of execution—coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and dependencies, and proactively mitigating risks.

Beyond individual project delivery, this role is responsible for designing, standardizing, and continuously improving the implementation and deployment operating model. By leveraging metrics, lessons learned, and stakeholder feedback, the Lead drives increased scalability, efficiency, and predictability across all client implementations.

Responsibilities

Implementation & Deployment Execution

• Own the full lifecycle of new dPlat implementations, from project kickoff through production deployment
• Own delivery execution, accountability, and outcomes across every phase of implementation, including all milestones, deliverables, and stage gates
• Drive execution, accountability, and delivery outcomes across all implementations
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resource alignment
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues impacting delivery
• Ensure delivery rigor and consistency at every stage of the implementation lifecycle, from planning through post-go-live transition

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Lead coordination across Product, Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, Operations, and Client stakeholders
• Facilitate status reporting, stakeholder communications, and escalation management
• Ensure alignment between technical delivery, business readiness, and client expectations

Process & Operating Model Development

• Design, establish, and evolve scalable implementation and deployment playbooks
• Define and standardize workflows and delivery artifacts
• Own the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all implementation documentation and delivery artifacts
• Drive adoption, consistent utilization, and adherence to standardized implementation processes and documentation across all teams
• Incorporate post-implementation insights and performance metrics into continuous improvement efforts

Quality, Readiness & Go-Live Management

• Ensure all implementation deliverables meet defined quality, security, and compliance standards
• Lead go-live readiness assessments and deployment coordination
• Partner with Support and Operations to ensure seamless transition to steady-state support

Success Measures

• On-time delivery rate of dPlat implementations
• Implementation cycle time and time-to-go-live
• Post-deployment defect rates and production stability
• Adoption, consistent utilization, and adherence to standardized implementation playbooks and documentation
• Reduction in delivery risk, escalations, and rework
• Client satisfaction and implementation experience

Expertise

• Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology implementations
• Experience managing enterprise or SaaS platform deployments
• Demonstrated experience integrating with enterprise ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms)
• Strong background in project management methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall as appropriate)
• Experience working with platform-based or data-driven products (e.g., dPlat or similar systems)
• Experience supporting regulated or enterprise-level clients
