Presenting at DDW
DDW looks forward to welcoming all poster presenters, lecture presenters, and moderators to DDW 2026. Please note that all presenters must register for DDW and pay the appropriate fees. For more information, please view the guidelines below.
Lecture Presenters
Lecture presenters can log into the speaker management system to review speaking invitations.Â
Review the Lecture Presenter Guidelines for full information on presentation formatting and uploading.
Moderators
Moderators are responsible for getting the panel started on time, keeping it moving and ending the session on time.Â
Poster Presenters
Poster presentations will take place on-site at the DDW Poster Hall, the ePosters Showcase and online at the DDW ePosters site.
Speaker Cancellation
With the exception of ePoster Only presenters, all presentations are expected to be given on-site in San Diego, CA. Please email [email protected] if you are not able to attend the in-person meeting.
