Shay Segev is Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DAZN Group, the leading sports entertainment platform that connects sports fans across the world. Under his leadership, DAZN is revolutionising the way people experience sports through its market-leading, proprietary technology. DAZN is the global home of European football, women’s football, NFL International, boxing, basketball, motorsports, golf, and many other sports. Before joining DAZN, Shay served as CEO of Entain, a FTSE 100 gaming company, where he led a phenomenal period of growth. Previously, he was the COO of Playtech, a B2B gaming platform. Shay holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Computer Science.
Darren Waterman
Chief Financial Officer
Darren joined DAZN in January 2022 as Chief Financial Officer. He manages DAZN’s global financial operations, including overseeing strategic financial planning, expansion into new markets and products, investor relations and M&A. Before joining DAZN, Darren led the finance team responsible for Prime Video internationally at Amazon. As a seasoned TMT industry executive, he has a proven track record of successful geographic expansion, video streaming, product innovation, and investment in sports, TV, and movie content. Prior to Amazon, Darren held senior finance roles in the telecoms industry and in management consulting.
Sandeep Tiku
Chief Technology Officer
Sandeep joined DAZN in 2022 as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). He manages DAZN’s global technology operations, responsible for product, innovation and customer success. Sandeep leads a team of 1,500 engineers delivering a seamless live sports viewing experience, which is at the core of DAZN’s ultimate sports entertainment platform. Prior to DAZN, he was CTO of Entain, a FTSE 100 sports betting and gaming company, where he led the group’s growth through technology and developed Entain’s industry leading proprietary technology platform. Sandeep has an impeccable track record in building complex technology with a customer-centric approach and is recognised as an innovator and global technology leader.
Walker Jacobs
Chief Revenue Officer
Walker joined DAZN in January 2024 from Twitch and Amazon Ads where he was Chief Revenue Officer and Managing Director of Sports, respectively. During his five-year tenure, Walker launched Twitch’s award-winning Brand Partnership Studio, dozens of new ad products and formats, and the Twitch Properties business unit. Since joining DAZN, Walker has been building DAZN’s capabilities for advertisers and sponsors including branded content offerings, expanding our reach on social media, global sponsorships, and enhanced audience measurement and insights. Walker also leads Team Whistle, DAZN’s US-based social media content creation and distribution company that was acquired by the business in 2023.
Rebecca McCloy
Group Chief Commercial Officer
Rebecca joined as DAZN’s Group Chief Commercial Officer on 1 November 2025, to oversee global rights and acquisitions, as well as commercial initiatives that drive fan engagement. She was previously at DAZN’s Foxtel Group in Australia, where she led commercial content acquisitions and partnerships for the past 12 years. During her time at Foxtel Group, Rebecca helped consolidate its position as Australia’s home of sport with more than 50 of the biggest domestic and international sports available to its four million subscribers. Rebecca is an experienced and highly respected media executive with over 20 years of expertise in sports broadcasting, media rights negotiations and strategy, having also worked previously for Network Ten and Stadium Australia in creative services. She has impressive experience across free-to-air, broadcast and digital environments, having led hundreds of domestic and international rights negotiations across all major sports and managed the largest portfolio of sports media partnerships in Australia.
Adam Knappy
Chief Marketing & Customer Officer
Adam joined DAZN in March 2025 from THG plc, a global e-commerce powerhouse, where he was Group Chief Marketing Officer and CEO of THG Media. During his 14 years at the company, he centralised marketing operations, built a world-class centre of excellence, and led a marketing and customer function of over 700 people. Knappy also spearheaded the launch and growth of THG’s Media division, acquiring City AM and digitally transforming the business while doubling the user base within its first year. At DAZN, Knappy oversees all group marketing activities, platform trading and customer engagement, driving DAZN’s expansion as it cements itself as the Global Home of Sport.
Ed McCarthy
Chief Operating Officer
Ed is DAZN’s Chief Operating Officer. Ed joined the business in 2020 from Access Industries, where he oversaw some of its key European portfolio companies in the technology and media sectors. Upon joining DAZN, Ed was responsible for resetting the business during the Covid pandemic. Today, he oversees all corporate activity including DAZN’s investments in StatsPerform, Goal.com and Meadowlark, and new ventures, such as DAZN’s recent acquisition of Eleven Sports. Earlier in his career, he worked as an attorney at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP before expanding to a more commercial role with Prudential UK as Director of Corporate Transactions.
Ben Barlow
Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel
Ben Barlow is Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. In this role, he is responsible for all of DAZN Group’s global legal activities including corporate and financial matters, rights and content, regulatory affairs, commercial partnerships and distribution, technology, intellectual property and company secretarial matters. Prior to joining in 2013, Ben was a senior associate at Olswang LLP (now CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP).
Warren Palk
Managing Director, DAZN Channels
Warren has been at DAZN since day one, in a number of roles including COO and EVP Customer Experience. As Managing Director DAZN Channels, Warren is responsible for leading the B2B subscription business, partnering with Rights Holders and federations to create new branded OTT experiences for their fans. Prior to DAZN, Warren lead the Media Services division at Perform.
Cecilia McNaughton

Cecilia McNaughton joined DAZN in September 2024 after a successful 13-year in the gaming industry, where she held multiple leadership roles at Entain, and most recently at BVGroup, During her time in the gaming industry, Cecilia played a key role in driving strategic HR transformations, overseeing large-scale mergers and acquisitions. Known for her strong leadership and ability to build high-performing teams across diverse cultures, she has a wealth of experience in organizational design, change management, and HR transformation in fast-paced environments. We believe Cecilia will quickly settle into our leadership team and drive our people agenda forward.
Edward Hill-Wood
Head of Investor Relations
Edward Hill-Wood heads DAZN’s global investor relations, leading engagement with the investment community and steering the group’s strategic and corporate development agenda. He joined DAZN in 2023 after five years at Naspers/ Prosus, one of the world’s leading internet and technology investment groups, and 15 years at Morgan Stanley as a Managing Director and top-ranked equity research analyst in technology and media.
James Allen
EVP, Group Communications
James Allen heads DAZN’s global communications and is responsible for the group’s communication and reputation strategy as we build the world’s largest sports entertainment company. Prior to joining DAZN in July 2025, James led communications, brand and reputation management for nine years at Naspers during the group’s rapid global expansion, communicating its significant M&A agenda and multi-$bn IPOs, including the listing of Prosus. He has broad experience across private, publicly listed, early-stage and established companies in multiple sectors covering internet and technology, music, telecoms, retail, and financial services.
Pete Oliver
CEO of Growth Markets
Pete joined DAZN as Chief Marketing Officer, but has since become CEO of Growth Markets, leading the group’s activities and teams in markets such as the UK, US and Canada. Pete has a strong track record of launching and growing transformative consumer brands. In his previous tenure at BT – where he was, most recently, Managing Director, Small & Medium Enterprise, BT & EE – he spent the past 20 years launching, marketing and distributing BT’s consumer services and ran BT Sport’s marketing teams for seven years, among other roles.
Alice Mascia

Alice has 20 years’ valuable experience in the media and telco industries. She has a proven record of launching new business, products, and brands. A recognised international executive, she has led on M&As, business transformation and business strategy and execution. Previously, she held senior roles at Foxtel Group and at Sky Deutschland. Alice’s huge experience in the industry will help further accelerate DAZN Group’s ambitious growth aspirations in DACH as it becomes the leading sports entertainment platform.
Stefano Azzi
CEO, DAZN Italy
Stefano is the CEO of DAZN’s Italian operations, and he is responsible for all business activity in Italy. He plays a strategic role in running all the key aspects aimed at driving business growth in the market. Prior to DAZN, he spent nearly a decade at TIM and has a proven track record at both an operational and strategic level. With a strong expertise in digital transformation and consumer market, Stefano is an experienced executive with a wealth of commercial and managerial experience across telecoms, digital entertainment, and consumer goods/services.
Yu Sasamoto
CEO of Japan and Asia
Yu joined DAZN as CEO of Japan and Asia in 2024. A highly respected industry executive, Yu brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of leadership in the technology, media, and entertainment sectors. Most notably, Yu ran Twitter (now X) in Japan and Asia Pacific, where he oversaw a period of double-digit revenue growth, reporting into Elon Musk. With an illustrious career spanning over 27 years in leadership positions at global giants such as Microsoft and MTV, Yu has consistently demonstrated his ability to drive growth and innovation in the Japanese market and wider region.
Patrick Delany
Chief Executive Officer, Foxtel Group
Patrick is Chief Executive Officer of the Australian-based Foxtel Group, a DAZN Company. The Foxtel Group, acquired by DAZN in April 2025, is Australia’s leading subscription television and streaming company, with a strong subscriber base that reaches one in every two Australian households. Patrick was appointed to the role in January 2018 following his successful tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Fox Sports. Patrick is credited for successfully transforming the Foxtel Group from a pay TV business to a leader in streaming that has bridged the gap from linear to digital. During his tenure, the Foxtel Group launched Kayo Sports, Australia’s largest and fastest-growing sports streaming service, and BINGE, a dedicated entertainment streaming service. Patrick has held executive roles in sports and entertainment media for more than three decades and is highly respected for his inspiring leadership and ability to drive innovation. He started his professional career as a practicing lawyer, representing some of Australia’s largest media companies.
Brice Daumin

Brice joined DAZN as CEO of France and Switzerland in 2024 and is responsible for the development in these evolving markets. Brice has over 25 years’ experience in the media and telecoms industries, in France and Switzerland. Brice has extensive in-market experience across DAZN’s strategic imperatives – customer focus, commercial development, partnerships, distribution – and has a strong result-driven focus.
Oscar Vilda
CEO, DAZN Iberia
Oscar is CEO for DAZN Iberia (covering Spain and Portugal) and has over 30 years of experience within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) and telecommunications industries. He joined DAZN from Finetwork – a Spanish broadband and mobile provider – where he was CEO. Oscar previously held executive roles at Vodafone and Orange. He has a proven track record of driving growth and revenue and brings in-depth knowledge around brand, customer experience and developing distribution channels to the table.
Lincoln Benet
Non-Executive Director
Lincoln Benet is the Chief Executive Officer of Access Industries, the privately held industrial group with long-term holdings worldwide founded by Len Blavatnik and a DAZN shareholder. Prior to joining Access Industries in 2006, Lincoln was a managing director at Morgan Stanley, where he spent 17 years. His experience spanned corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, fixed income and capital markets. Lincoln also serves on the boards of LyondellBasell, Perform Group and Warner Music Group. Lincoln graduated with a BA summa cum laude in Economics from Yale University and received his MBA from Harvard Business School.
John Gleasure

John Gleasure is a Non-Executive Director for DAZN. In this role, he works on the company’s long-term strategy and focuses on key priorities including key global business partnerships, new ventures and diversity and inclusion. John is a member of the DAZN Group executive committee management team and is a founder of DAZN and Perform Group. With more than 25 years of experience within international media, rights, marketing and distribution, John previously held leadership roles at Sky Sports, EMI Records, Hutchison Whampoa and Sony Pictures.
Guillaume D'Hauteville
Non-Executive Director
Guillaume D’Hauteville is Executive Vice Chairman of Access Industries and serves notably as Chairman of Deezer, STT Properties and AINMT ASA. He is also a Non-Executive Director for DAZN. Before joining Access Industries in 2011 Guillaume has previously worked in Investment Banking for more than 25 years. Guillaume was Vice Chairman of Nomura International and served as Chairman and CEO of Banque Lehman Brothers France. He was also a Managing Director of Lehman Brothers Inc in charge of French Investment banking before becoming Vice Chairman of Lehman Brother International. During his career in banking, Guillaume has advised on many transactions in M&A and Capital issuance. He has worked in New York, London and Paris. Guillaume has also been the Treasurer and General Secretary of the Fondation Hôpital Foch, member of HEC advisory board and board member of AROP (Paris Opera) . Guillaume graduated from HEC and holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
Andrea Radrizzani

Andrea Radrizzani is the Founder and Chairman of Aser Ventures, a pioneering investment platform specialising in sports, media and technology. A self-made entrepreneur, Andrea has been at the forefront of the global sports media industry for more than two decades.  Andrea launched ELEVEN Group, which expanded into 230 markets and, in 2023, was acquired by DAZN Group. Andrea has led investments in a number of sports, media and technology companies including Creed Media, NEO Studios, Sports Data Labs, and Sponixtech. Andrea is the Founder and Chairman of Play for Change, an international charity that uses the power of sport to improve the lives of children around the world. Andrea joined the UEFA Foundation for Children’s Board of Trustees in 2022. Andrea is the former Chairman of Leeds United Football Club where he oversaw the return of the club to the Premier League. 

Andrew Cramer
Non-Executive Director
Andrew Cramer is the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of News Corp. In this role, Andrew oversees all commercial finance for News Corp globally, including Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, Office of the CEO, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Business Partnering and Procurement. Since joining News Corp in 2019, Andrew has helped transform the portfolio through investments in the company’s core growth pillars, as well as significant restructurings and divestitures. Prior to joining News Corp, Andrew helped build and ultimately lead, Citi’s Investment Banking coverage business for Technology, Media and Telecommunications across Australia and New Zealand. Andrew graduated with honors from University of Melbourne with degrees in Law and Commerce (Finance), and holds a Master’s of Finance with Distinction from INSEAD.
Danny Townsend

Danny Townsend is the CEO of Saudi Arabia’s SURJ Sports Investment. Appointed in October 2023, he leads the strategic direction of SURJ as it invests in global sports, bringing international events to the Kingdom and elevating the sports ecosystem both within KSA and the wider MENA region. Prior to joining SURJ, Danny spent two years as CEO of the Australian Professional (Football) Leagues (APL), following four years as CEO of Sydney FC. In 2024, he was listed in SportsPro’s top Ten Influencers and Sports Business Journal’s The Most Influential People In Sports Business.
Franco Bernabe

Franco Bernabè is one of Italy’s most distinguished executives with unrivalled experience in the telecommunications sector; most notably he was CEO and Chairman of TIM, Italy’s leading telecoms group and DAZN’s distribution partner. Known as a principled and visionary leader, Bernabè emerged as one of Italy’s most formidable executives in the 1990s when he overhauled energy company Eni and built it into the respected multinational it is today. He subsequently turned around the fortunes of TIM, establishing his reputation as a transformational CEO. Since then, he has held high-profile positions in the ICT sector and is a sought-after strategic advisor and board member.
Anthony Joshua

Two-time former unified world heavyweight champion and Olympic Gold Medalist Anthony Joshua OBE joined DAZN Group in June 2022 as a shareholder, special advisor, and brand ambassador for the business, marking a pivotal moment for DAZN. As a special advisor, Joshua joined DAZN’s strategic advisory board helping the business continue to develop its global boxing offering and provide a richer and more immersive experience for its customers. Joshua has held the WBA (Super), IBF, WBO, and IBO titles twice and is also an entrepreneur and businessman, having founded a number of enterprises including management agency 258 MGT in 2016, representing boxing’s greatest rising stars, including Josh Buatsi, Derek Chisora and Ben Whittaker.
