If you reserved your new home on or after 2nd March 2026, the New Homes Quality Code applies.
New Homes Quality Code
If you reserved your new home on or after 6th February 2024, the New Homes Quality Code applies.
Consumer Code
If you reserved your new home before 6th February 2024, the Consumer Code applies.
