Get to know David
David Jolly is running for Governor of Florida on three simple values: the economy should work for everyone; strengthening our state requires solutions for housing and insurance, healthcare, and education, and everyone’s rights should be protected and their dignity celebrated.
A person of deep faith who believes in treating everybody with kindness, dignity, and respect,David and his wife Laura are raising their young family in Pinellas County, where David had the opportunity to serve in Congress.
David is the son of a minister and a fifth-generation Floridian who has lived throughout the state, from Clearwater to Miami, to Pasco County and Pensacola. A lawyer by training, David has used his career in politics, law, and media to ensure everyone has a fair shot – advocating for work, wages, and wealth for all Americans, fighting for our veterans and seniors, and advocating for youth empowerment programs and environmental protection. David’s steadfast work to clean up government corruption and campaign finance abuse was also featured on 6o Minutes.
Get to know Gwen
Gwen Graham was born in Miami Lakes and raised in a family devoted to public service. A proud product of Florida’s school system and a mother of three, Gwen built her early career around education, serving as a PTA president and school advisory council chair before working for the Leon County school district, where she focused on supporting teachers and students. Gwen represented Florida’s 2nd Congressional District, serving alongside David Jolly. They worked together to protect Florida’s coastline, co-sponsoring legislation with Senator Bill Nelson to oppose oil drilling in the Gulf of Mexico.
