How do I verify my profile?
DatePe uses face verification to ensure authentic profiles. Follow the in-app verification steps and complete the real-time selfie process.
Why was my verification rejected?
Verification may fail if the image is unclear or does not match your profile photos. Please retry in a well-lit environment.

What is Incognito Mode?
Incognito Mode allows you to control who can see your profile. When enabled, only selected users can discover you.
How do I manage profile visibility?
Go to Settings → Privacy → Incognito Mode.
🔑 DatePe ID & Messaging
What is a DatePe ID?
Your DatePe ID is a private identifier visible only to you. It can be shared mutually to start conversations safely.
Why can’t I message someone directly?
To promote intentional and safer interactions, messaging requires mutual consent via DatePe ID exchange.
