This program is designed to allow users to visualize data from comma-delimited files. Four sample data files (car.csv, car2.csv, car3.csv, car4.csv) and a manual are provided in the application directory. Users can also download these sample files from a website. The program offers four chart types: simple scatter plot, rotating scatter plot, bar chart, and star plot. All charts are interactive and allow the user to paint.
