Education

Education is an important aspect of the WDF Anti-Doping program.

You are subject to the WDF Anti-Doping Rules if you participate in the sport of darts as:

• an athlete
• an athlete support personnel (like a coach, a trainer, a physician, a parent, etc.)
• a sport administrator, a volunteer, or an official of a powerlifting club, national federation, etc. (director, staff, etc.)

WDF strongly encourages all its participants to complete education to understand the rules that apply to them and to know their rights and responsibilities under the WDF Anti-Doping Program.

In addition to the information provided on the WDF website, WADA’s Anti-Doping Education and Learning platform (ADEL) provides athletes, coaches, doctors, administrators, and others with access to a wide range of topics related to clean sport and anti-doping. 

WDF strongly encourages those athletes competing at International events to successfully complete the International-Level Athletes Education Program course through ADEL (or other WDF approved course/system).

WDF strongly encourages ALL HEAD COACHES that coach athletes at International events to successfully complete the High Performance Coaches’ Education Program course through ADEL (or other WDF approved course/system).
