Each series is designed to maximise play time, minimise waiting around, and create a competitive-but-welcoming environment that keeps players coming back. For venues, it’s a ready-made community night — buzzing with energy, simple to host, and built to grow.

  • Top 2 from each group advance to the knockout stages
  • Limited to 24 players per event
  • Minimum of 5 games per night, for £6, if the event is full

POINTS WORK?

VAULT rewards your performance throughout the series with a clear, tiered points system. Depending on the number of players in your event, you’ll compete in one of three categories, with points awarded at each stage of the competition:

BRONZE:
5-8 PLAYERS

  • Group Stage – 1pt
  • Semis – 2pts
  • Runner up – 4pts
  • Champion – 8pts

SILVER:
9-16 PLAYERS

  • Group Stage – 1pt
  • Quarters – 2pts
  • Semis – 4pts
  • Runner up – 8pts
  • Champion – 16pts

GOLD:
17-24 PLAYERS

  • Group Stage – 1pt
  • Quarters – 4pts
  • Semis – 8pts
  • Runner up – 16pts
  • Champion – 32pts

TOP 32 PLAYERS

  • Guaranteed prize money by qualifying for MODUS Super Series
  • £5,000 Weekly Winners prize, if you win the week at MODUS Super Series
  • Can win over £30,000 by qualifying from your local venue
  • MODUS Super Series decision is final on who will be selected to play live on TV.
  • You must have a running average above 77.5 on FINALS DAY to play on TV.
  • The top 32 players in the regional table after week 7 of the Series, will playoff in a seeded draw on Finals Day.
  • The Finals Day will take place in the 8th, 9th or 10th week after the Series has concluded. We will ensure the finals day misses key dates such as County fixtures.
  • Format on Finals Day will be Best of 11 all the way through.
  • FINALS DAY IS FREE ENTRY FOR ALL QUALIFIERS
  • Winner on the day will be rewarded with the MODUS Super Series spot
  • Every finals day will feature a £200 Prize Fund paid out to Runner up (£100) and Semis (£50)

TOP 16 PLAYERS

Top 16 players per series, per region will be awarded with a percentage of the prize fund raised in their region. Ranges from £4,000 to £20,000 prize funds per region

TOP 12 PLAYERS

Top 12 players per series, per region will qualify for VAULT NATIONAL FINALS. Every series 12 new players will qualify, to the total of 60 players per region. VAULT NATIONAL FINALS prize fund is £65,000 for 2025, paid out to 256 players, with the winner taking away £10,000 and a GLOBAL CHAMPIONSHIP spot

TOP 32 PLAYERS

Top 32 players with a running average of under 65, will qualify for the LEVEL UP Regional Finals.

Top 32 players in the Regional Table will playoff for a spot on MODUS Super Series.

TOP 4 WOMEN PLAYERS

Top 4 women every series qualify for VAULT WOMENS NATIONAL FINALS

ADC ENTRY RULES & SANCTIONS

UK & IRELAND - EFFECTIVE DATE: 21st APRIL

  • By entering, you agree to complete all your matches and fulfill any chalking responsibilities.
  • Leaving early before finishing your games or assigned chalking duties will result in the sanctions detailed below.
  • If you are unable to attend, you must inform the organisers with as much notice as possible.
  •  This allows another player the opportunity to take your spot.

Group Matches

  • All group matches have allocated markers.
  • Each player is responsible for marking their assigned games.


Knockout Matches

  • The player finishing at the bottom of each group is required to stay and mark the quarter-final matches.
  • Losers on allocated semi-final boards are responsible for marking the next match.
  • One of the losing semi-finalists must mark the final.
  • Failure to mark any assigned game will result in sanctions as detailed below.
  • Players are expected to show respect toward opponents, organisers, and venues, and conduct themselves appropriately.
  • Each player is responsible for their own actions.
  • Any misconduct reported by organisers will result in the sanctions outlined below.

If any of the above rules are violated and reported by a venue organiser, the following sanctions may apply:

  • Verbal Warning – This may be skipped depending on the severity of the complaint.
  • 1-Week Suspension
  • 1-Series Suspension
  • 1-Year Suspension


Only complaints issued by venue organisers will be considered.

By entering any ADC Vault event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the rules and sanctions outlined.

Hosting VAULT is straightforward — but it does require the right setup to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience for players. If your venue can meet the following requirements, you’re ready to become part of the growing VAULT network:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Your venue must have at least 4 match boards
  • 4x Tablets to use DartsAtlas
  • Stable/Strong WiFi connection
  • Well-lit dartboards
  • Tournament standard dartboards
  • Fixed Oches

Running a VAULT event is simple — all you need is one reliable organiser to oversee the evening. With automated systems handling the heavy lifting, it’s easy to manage even for first-time hosts.

  • Need at least one designated organiser that will run the competition
  • Automated competition management using DartsAtlas software
  • All we require is the organiser to set the tablets up with the correct boards and check the players in — once the competition starts, it runs automatically until conclusion

You won’t be on your own — the setup is fully handled by the ADC team. All you need to do is provide the right details, and we’ll take care of the rest.

  • The team at ADC will create the events and all scheduling for you
  • You just need to provide all the correct details

Becoming a VAULT host isn’t just great for your players — it brings value directly to your venue. From financial rewards to increased visibility, here’s what you can expect:

  • 5% Kickback from all entries at your event (paid every 2 series)
  • Regional and national promotion to attract players to your venue
  • Guaranteed weekly trade 35 weeks of the year

Each VAULT event includes a cash prize to keep competition exciting and rewarding for players. As the host venue, you’re responsible for the base prize fund — with flexibility to boost it if you choose.

  • Venues are required to provide a minimum of £50 cash for the prize fund at the events
  • Venues can increase this prize fund if they wish
