Operations Coordinator

Chaz keeps the wheels turning at Dark Blue Technologies as our Operations Coordinator. A proud Lansing native, Chaz brings a sharp mind for logistics, a calm presence under pressure, and a genuine passion for helping both clients and coworkers. When he’s not streamlining processes or supporting our project teams, you’ll likely find him on the hunt for wild mushrooms, checking out new restaurants, or hanging out with his dog and his mom—two of his favorite companions. With a curiosity for the natural world and a love of good food, Chaz brings warmth and grounded energy to everything he does.

Andre

IT Systems Administrator

Andre is a remote IT Systems Administrator and Cloud Support Specialist with over eight years of experience supporting small businesses, startups, and MSP clients. He’s highly skilled in Microsoft 365 administration, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and email deliverability, with certifications across all major ecosystems. Andre takes a security-first approach and excels in streamlining workflows through automation, documentation, and responsive remote support. Known for his clear communication and results-driven mindset, he’s the go-to resource for fast, reliable IT solutions across modern cloud environments.

Field Operations Lead

Dan is our Lead Low Voltage Installer, bringing years of hands-on experience in structured cabling, access control, and security system integration. He’s known for his precision, reliability, and ability to take complex project plans from blueprint to reality. Whether it’s pulling miles of Cat6, wiring access doors, or commissioning surveillance systems, Dan ensures every job meets our exacting standards.
