The Daniel Fast is a diet based on the life of Daniel from the Bible. It is designed to prioritize your relationship with God over the many pleasures of food and drink.
Following the Daniel Fast can be difficult as you are only allowed to consume fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, whole grains, legumes, plant-based oils, and water while following items are not allowed: meat, fish, and animal products, dairy products, sweeteners, leavening agents, solid fats, artificial and refined foods, deep fried foods, caffeine, tea, alcohol, and tobacco.
Today's food is filled with sweeteners, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. The Daniel Fast App takes the difficulty out of the Fast with the following key features:
