From hip hop and tap to barre and ballet, every class is designed to make you feel strong, encouraged and empowered. If you're looking for a welcoming atmosphere where the classes are completely fun, join us! On the offical Dance Fit Flow app, you can view the class schedule, sign up for classes, buy credits and memberships, manage your account, and keep track of how many class you have taken.
