My friend shared this article which I think is so true and awesome.
What is something you would never want to change about yourself?
My favorite memories of 4th of July were parades, bbq, swimming in my grandpa's pool, kool-aid, homemade grape juice, playing with my cousins and neighbor kids, climbing trees and camping trips. Now that I'm older, I'm making new memories with the people I love. My friends who are my chosen family and have been there for me through the good and the bad. Life is good at this moment. :)
Aries:: Like Bob Dylan in his 1962 song "A Hard Rain's A-Gonna Fall," you've done a lot of rough and tumble living lately. You've "stumbled on the side of twelve misty mountains." You've "stepped in the middle of seven sad forests." You've "been out in front of a dozen dead oceans." Maybe most wrenching of all, you've "seen a highway of diamonds with nobody on it." The good news is that the hard rain will end soon. In these last days of the downpour, I suggest you trigger a catharsis for yourself. Consider doing something like what Dylan did: "I'll think it and speak it and breathe it / And reflect it from the mountain so all souls can see it."

Why is the measure of love loss?
It's been months since I found you
Your search for me and my search for you
An endless journey beyond the stars
We found ourselves in the least of all places
I cannot remember who spoke first, but it was the beginning
Us, together, in the here and now
How did we come to this point?
I found myself falling for you
You had stolen my heart and I had given it to you
Possessing me to your heart's desire
Making me yours under the moon
Trailing me along the red string of fate
Until you became everything to me
My sun, my flesh, the air I breathe
My reason for life, giving it meaning
When you spoke those words my heart almost burst
Why is the most unoriginal thing we can say to one another still the thing we long to hear?
We had said them to each other and soon the words became our private alter
Worshipping them like the last drops of water
You look at me as if I'm the only one you see
Your eyes staring into me, reading me like an open book
When I dream of a future in your arms, no dark days appear
I see my future and my past in the light of your feelings
I want to hold you, unravel you
Pull you between my fingers and stretch out each thread
To know the measure of you
Bring your hands to my mouth and kiss them
Memorizing the shape of you
Learning of you like a map with my naked eye
My eyes fluttering across your body like butterflies
I would hold you through time until the skin of you has turned to dust
Until you have drawn away from me
Leaving a hole in my heart in the shape of you where no one else can fit it
The wound never closing
What are you that makes me feel thus?
Who are you for whom time has no meaning?
The world will come and go in the tide of day
But here in your hand holds my future in its palm
You complete me
The bright vision of your face as you take me between your hands
Kissing me, your taste fresh on my mouth
Making my senses tingle, quivering like a child
You are the color of me
The light that sets fire to my heart
Blazing my soul with your heat
Your finger prints stained all over my body
The world of you written inside of me
My lover, my loved one, my love
My reason for being
The other part of me.

Essence
It was you
Someone very like me
I saw you coming because I was waiting for you
Without knowing where to look or what I was looking for
How many days had I had with you?
They had fallen one by one, drifting away
Moments filled with endless possibilities and waking dreams
Finding myself in your arms, keeping me by you
Setting our life on course for elsewhere
Imagining the vision of you and me
When I'm around you I forget to breathe
You are like heat and light to me
Pulling me towards the sun, steady and bright
Like a fire burning
Connecting my whole world like the stars
Making life worth meaning
You are the colored parts of me
Splintering me in black and blue
I find you when I look back in vast memory
Remembering the contours of you, rough and smooth
Learning of you through my body
You imprinted me with your hands, entwining me
Bounding me, making me a part of you
Where did love begin?
It was in your eyes, your lips, the way you touched me
Unraveling me into strands of feeling
Circulating me, making me blush in the heat of your hands
Your kiss breathing life into me, moving and sweet
Your hand over mine
Holding me as the falling sun set, the moon rising
Full and silver, the stars dusting the sky of midnight blue
The story of us, a flash across time
Seeing myself and the world through you
My everything, my all, my essence
I love you.

Seven years ago today I married one of my best friends, Matthew Jones. We've gone our separate ways, but I want to thank him for all the years we spent together. All the good times and all the bad times put together. Our marriage was never a smooth road, but I cherished every moment and I'm grateful for the times he made me smile and laugh and cry. I'll never forget how it felt to be in love for the first time and how it hurt when we said our goodbyes. I learned a lot about love and life just being with him. He taught me a lot and made me a stronger person. He'll always have a special place in my heart and I'll never forget him. As we go on in our lives, I hope we both will succeed in whatever we do and have happiness and love no matter what happens.
Thank you, Matthew, and I'll always love you!
&hearts,
Tina

Okay peeps! The holidays are here and I want some creative, zany, fun photography ideas. It can be anything. Please tell me what you'd like to see in a photograph and I'll do my best to make it happen. I can do either studio or on location shoots and will post them and get your votes. Thanks in advance! ^_^
