Indigenous Relationships

Cyr Drillings philosophy is one of inclusion and respect. Whenever responding to contract opportunities, our first step in the process is to contact the local Indigenous Communities in whose traditional territory the work is located. It is our goal to introduce ourselves and begin developing dialogue with the hopes of creating a long-term relationship built on trust and mutual respect. We hope to assist those communities in participating in the local economy through partnerships, employment, and training and or, revenue sharing agreements which become available because of the opportunities within their territory.

We fully understand that when the work is complete the Indigenous land users will remain on the land and as partners, we will work together to ensure that our services are carried out in a safe and environmentally appropriate manner.
