Here’s what to expect from our hiring process when you apply for an open position at Cyclotron.
01 | Apply to a Role
Check out our open roles here and submit an application for a role that aligns with your interests and experience.
02 | Initial Screening
If your application is selected, you’ll participate in an initial video screen with our People & Culture team.
03 | Technical Interview
If selected to continue, you’ll move on to a second interview with a technical team member or hiring manager.
04 | Team Interview
Next, selected candidates participate in a third-round interview with the hiring manager or a team panel interview.
05 | Leadership Roles
For director or leadership roles, candidates can expect a fourth interview with members of our leadership team.
06 | Offer Details
If you’re selected for the role, you’ll receive an official offer letter from our People & Culture team with key details, like compensation, benefits, and start date.

Here are some tips and tricks from our recruiting team to help you shine during the interview process.
Review Your Experience
Come prepared with examples of your work experiences aligned to the role. Aim to tell your story and provide a summary of your experience within 30 seconds.
Research the Company
Learn about our mission, values, solutions, and achievements. Be prepared to share why you’re interested in working at Cyclotron in the selected role.
Prepare for a Video Call
Make sure you have a quiet, well-lit place with an appropriate background to participate in a video interview. Plan to join early to troubleshoot any tech issues.
Relax and be Yourself
Show enthusiasm by being engaged and asking questions, but don’t forget to be yourself. This is a chance for both of us to make sure it’s a mutual culture fit.

Ask Questions
