Since the software has been discontinued, you can only download what was left of CyberKlock, but all without support. Luckily, there is a HELP file in PDF format you can download. Click the following link and extract the archive. Use that manual to learn how to properly assign or change password.
Secondly, if there is any other Staff assigned to the client, login with that user and then change the password for admin. Of course, the user needs to have administration access as well.
Cyberlock is based on a server and a client. This means that you will need a minimum of 2 computers to be connected on the same network. First visit the website and download the packages. Install the server on the 1st computer and configure it then install the client on the 2nd computer. After this process, use the server to add the client computer in order to control it and that's it.

This application isn't available anymore. The official website is discontinued which means it is impossible to obtain the information you've requested for. In this case, if you still have the software, press F1 and access the help menu. If you have the possibility to generate a ticket, then it should also be explained in the help menu how to activate it. This is the only way to get an answer about this request.
I installed Cyberklock Server onto one of my clients' computers. Does it have any effect on the speed of my network because my network speed is slow when I open Cyberklock Server software?

This question has already been tackled here. However, the server should be installed on a master computer from the same network to allow it to manage all the clients in the LAN where the CyberKlock clients are installed.
I bought Cyberklock for 15 users a few years back for my cyber cafe. The software was bound to the LAN card. The card that I used then is old and it's not functioning well. I want to change it but still want to be able to use the software. How can I do that?

The only way to solve this problem is contact the developer. As they stated on the official website, the support service for the software was discontinued, the chances to get a repay are low. However, you can try to contact them by mail via the following address: [email protected].
