I purchased 2 times this software but some features (Help) are not working also I have no update option. My version is 1.0 and I have not been able to connect it to my Casio QT6600. I have tried the guidelines but am missing something. Is the new 1.2 version compatible with 64bit version of Windows 10?
If so how can I purchase a download version?

I've seen on a website that CV-33 Programming software is used to control and program the Casio QT6600, among other devices. This means there is something wrong that you're doing, but with your purchase, there is also a CV33 Utility Users Manual available within the package and you should use it to learn how to properly connect it to the device. Unfortunately, Windows 10 isn't between all the supported operating systems. On the same website, it's mentioned that CV-33 is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 or 8.
