Cutting Optimization Pro is a software program that offers users the means to define and handle complex products like desks, lockers, bookshelves or tables. With this software, the end-users can obtain optimal cutting layouts for rectangular and linear pieces, thus producing more accurate products with less execution time.

The GUI is not spectacular, but it's neatly organized and has some customizable options, so the user can personalize the workspace to fit their needs. However, the default theme could've been shaped more, so that it won't resemble programs built 20 years ago.

With Cutting Optimization Pro users can perform both 1D and 2D optimization, guillotine optimization as well as nested optimization. On top of that, it doesn't restrict the number of optimized pieces.

This utility can display diagrams, generate adhesive labels, sort parts and stock by various filters, while also offering an automatic tool that can compute the size of the pieces based on the external sizes of the product.

To summarize, Cutting Optimization Pro is a decent software for creating 1D or 2D dimensional pieces, that has plenty of useful functionalities, but which seems a bit too overpriced for what it delivers.
