Is the concept of the project something that you’ve never seen before? Is the execution of the project done in a unique fashion? -

Does the project look like it’s ready for deployment? Is the project robust from the back end to the end-user? -
Effort
Does the team’s pitch exude passion for the idea they worked on all day? Did they experiment with unfamiliar technologies?
