Super Green Lane (SGL) is a specialized facility jointly established by the Department of Finance an the Bureau of Customs (BOC). It facilitates the advance processing and clearance of shipments for the country’s most qualified importers. SGL enables expedited handling of shipments without the need for prior physical examination or documentary checks, provided that importers comply with all relevant Customs laws, rules, and regulations.
To qualify for SGL accreditation, importers and exporters must meet the following criteria:
That the importer / SGL user has not been subjected to disciplinary action or similar penalties
The subject imports are not prohibited
The importer has been transacting with the BOC for at least one (1) year and falls within the top 1,000 importers in terms of duties and taxes paid
Letter of Intent addressed to the Deputy Commissioner, AOCG (Atty. AGATON TEODORO O. UVERO)
Notarized accomplished Application Form (CMO No. 28-2003)
Import Permit/License (for regulated articles, duly issued by the appropriate regulatory agency/agencies of the government)
Clearance from Collection Service, Revenue Collection Monitoring Group (RCMG)
Clearance Legal Service, RCMG
Clearance from, Liquidation and Billing Division, Bonds, Law Div. of the concerned port/s where the applicant’s transactions are being made
Notarized duly sworn affidavit that the applicant’s importations are not prohibited
Photocopy of Certificate of Registration and Certificate of Accreditation from AMO
List of Importable Commodities (use prescribed form in excel format) (soft and hard copy)
Notarized Secretary Certificate as to the authorized signatory to process SGL transaction
Photocopy of Identification Card (ID) of the authorized representative/s listed on the Secretary Certificate and Board Resolution, affix original signature
Latest Audited Financial Statement with Notes (2 years)
Latest General Information Sheet – Certified True Copy per Page
