Corrugated boxes have this wavy layer inside between two flat layers. That makes them super strong to easily carry up to 50-80+ pounds. Our cardboard boxes on the other hand are single-layer paperboard, a bit lighter and more affordable. They can take 20-50 pounds, and they're great for printing logos on for custom branded boxes.
Corrugated boxes can be your ultimate choice as they offer fantastic protection for your products, and they're super popular for that reason. Single-wall boxes can easily handle 50 pounds, while double-walls can handle anything over 80 pounds. They're also 100% recyclable and it can cost anywhere from 80 cents to $2.50 per unit to recycle. With all the e-commerce shipping going on these days, you want to make sure your products make it safely to the customer.
Box pricing can really vary based on material you choose. It can be as low as $0.50 or as high as $6.00 per unit. Economy boxes like chipboard or kraft are super affordable with cost usually around $0.50 to $1.20. Our standard cardboard or corrugated boxes are a bit pricier, $0.75 to $2.50. And then there are the premium rigid boxes which can range from $2.00 to $6.00. Of course, we do offer volume discounts of up to 10-25% off for big orders (1,000+ units).
Our standard minimum order is 500 units across all materials. But with our volume discounts, the more you buy the more you save. We offer 10% off for 1,000 units, 15% for 2,500, and a whopping 20-25% off if you order 5,000 units.
Digital printing gets your boxes to you in just 5-10 business days. If you need offset printing, that's a bit longer within 10-12 business days. And if you want some of our really fancy finishes, it'll take 12-15 business days. Don't worry though as we also offer rush service, and we can get your boxes to you in just 3-5 business days but that'll cost a bit more, 20-30% premium charges.
