Rubber patches are a distinctive, premium customization option that can be added to select Giordana custom garments in addition to standard Giordana branding.

Rubber patches offer a refined way to add a highly distinctive, tactile detail to Giordana custom apparel. Designed and produced specifically for your project, each patch is developed based on approved artwork, size, and color palette, with pricing established once these details are confirmed. Following approval, a precise CAD is created to ensure exact placement and proportion before production.

Once produced, patches are billed in full, stored at our factory, and remain the property of the customer, with the flexibility to deploy them across future garments or other branded applications.

HOW IT WORKS

Minimums & Pricing

• Patch MOQ: 500 units (we store the overages for your future orders).

• Flexible Apparel Ordering: Standard garment minimums still apply.

• Quote-Based Pricing: Formal quotes provided upon artwork and dimension approval.

Billing & Storage

• Rubber patches will appear as a line item on the first apparel order they are used on.

• The full patch quantity is billed upfront and stored at our Italian factory.

• Once produced, the patches are the property of the customer.

• Upon request, patches can be shipped to the customer for use on other projects (e.g., hats, accessories).

Production & Timing

• Patch production and delivery to our Italian factory typically takes 2–3 weeks from order placement.

• To avoid delaying the standard 5-week production timeline for custom apparel, we strongly recommend placing the patch order before finalizing the garment order.
