CursorFreeVIP is a tool that includes scripts to automate processes in Cursor AI, including resetting the machine ID and bypassing free trial limits for the pro service, making the app believe that a different device is accessing the program. These scripts run internally within Cursor, helping you avoid getting blocked due to the number of test accounts used and allowing you to continue using premium features for longer.

Choose the script you want to run

When you run CursorFreeVIP, a PowerShell window opens where you can choose the type of script you want to run. Before that, you need to have Cursor open on your PC, and have logged in with a free account to generate code using AI.

Automatic configuration reset

CursorFreeVIP deletes the machine ID on specific paths like AppData/Roaming/Cursor on Windows, generating a new one each time. It also modifies storage.json and state.vscdb to clear the trial version history and request counters, allowing you to log in again as if it were a fresh install.

Turnstile verification management

When Cursor launches Turnstile, CursorFreeVIP waits between 2 and 3 seconds with random variations of 1-3 seconds to simulate human behavior. It automates interaction with page load times of between 0.1 and 0.8 seconds, inputs of 0.3-0.8, and submits of 0.5-1.5 seconds. If it fails, it retries every 8-12 seconds up to a maximum timeout of 160 seconds.

Customizable configuration

CursorFreeVIP allows you to edit the config.ini file in Documents/.cursor-free-vip to adjust paths like chromepath or storage_path in line with your setup. You can define minimum times of 0.1 and maximum times of 0.8 seconds for random actions, or activate check_update for automatic notifications. You can also choose browsers like Opera, Firefox, or Brave, and CursorFreeVIP will use their corresponding drivers for OAuth without generating fake email addresses.

Advanced timing functions

CursorFreeVIP applies specific waiting periods such as 4-6 initial seconds to check emails, 2-4 for refreshes, and 1-2 seconds when loading settings. A verification_success_wait of 2-3 seconds ensures post-verification stability, while a failed_retry_time of 0.5-1 handles errors quickly.
