Hosting Expressions of Interest Now Open for 2026–2027 & 2027–2028 Curling Seasons
Why Host?
Increase Visibility for Your Club
Showcase your curling facility to athletes, visitors, and the broader community – building awareness, driving local engagement, and demonstrating the important role your club plays in the region.
Strengthen Community Engagement
Events bring volunteers, spectators, and local businesses together in an exciting, club‑focused environment.
Build Capacity & Grow Curling
Support Local Economic Impact
Multi‑day events draw athletes, families, and spectators into your community—boosting business for hotels, restaurants, and local shops. This increased economic activity benefits the entire area, and many towns and cities offer grants or event‑support programs specifically to encourage and recognize this kind of community impact.
Grow Sponsorship & Revenue Opportunities
Local businesses love supporting events that bring people together. Hosting gives businesses a high‑value opportunity to connect with curlers, families, and the wider community. By offering sponsorship packages, and branded engagement opportunities, your club can generate revenue while strengthening partnerships that last well beyond the event itself.

Curling Alberta is now accepting Expressions of Interest from clubs interested in hosting Programming for the 2026–’27 and 2027–’28 seasons.Â
Curling Alberta is looking for clubs interested in hosting our curling development programs this season. Hosting is a great way to bring new families into your facility, grow your junior base, and strengthen the future of curling in your community.
Our youth lineup includes Ready to Rock, Hit Draw Tap, and U15 RockFest – each designed to introduce kids to curling, build skills, and keep athletes engaged in fun, meaningful ways. Next season, we are looking to expand our programs to include adult and adapted curling.Â
By hosting one of these programs, your club plays an important role in growing the game, building community connections, and creating positive experiences for curlers. Curling Alberta provides supporting materials, guidance, and resources to make hosting simple and successful.
If your club is interested in bringing a youth, adult or adapted curling program to your community, we’d love to work with you. Help us inspire the next generation of Alberta curlers.
