Solar Salt
Solar Salt
Solar salt is one of the purest forms of salt due to its nature of production thru evaporation. This purity should be and typically is greater than 99.5% sodium chloride. Solar salt is made by evaporating brine in large outdoor ponds using the suns heat. This process allows for lesser insolubles compared to rock salt production which is one of the biggest advantages of using this product for water conditioning and industrial purposes.
