Her role at JLL included serving as the Freddie Mac Chief Servicing Officer for the company. At JLL predecessor companies, Oak Grove Capital, LLC, and MMA Financial LLC she also managed Watchlist/SAM loans and established company policies and procedures. Over the course of her career, she also worked in LIHTC Syndication initially at MMA and then 4-years at Raymond James Tax Credits Fund (RJTCF/RJF). Prior to that she worked in New York City for 15-years directing the legal department of a commercial real estate company, with specialties in NYC Rent Stabilization/Control, co-ops/condo management, completing loft conversions and receivership management. Previously Maggie served as a Commercial Draw Specialist at RCN Capital in South Windsor, CT, managing a pipeline of 40+ loans per month, overseeing title and inspection reports, budgets, draw set up and assisting with borrower inquiries and monthly remittance processes. Prior to that Maggie, served as a Loan Servicing Specialist at North Brookfield Savings Bank, performing quality control on closing documents, processing private mortgage insurance, tracking hazard insurance, and managing investor loan remittances. Earlier roles include Teller operations, mortgage document preparation, and administrative support for executive management, all of which provided a strong foundation in financial operations, compliance, and customer service. As part of her responsibilities, she developed and implemented loan closing policies, procedures and processing manuals, and met daily deadlines for processing millions of dollars in construction loans and tax credit equity installments.
