Arturia’s CS-80V2 is a software instrument that faithfully recreates the legendary Yamaha CS-80, one of the most expressive analog polysynths ever made. Powered by Arturia’s True Analog Emulation (TAE) technology, it captures the original’s dual-layer architecture, resonant high-pass and low-pass filters, rich detunable oscillators, and signature ring modulation, delivering lush brass, evolving pads, and cinematic textures with unmistakable warmth.

Designed for performance, CS-80V2 responds to velocity and polyphonic aftertouch and includes an on-screen ribbon for sweeping bends and filter moves, echoing the feel of the vintage instrument. Modern enhancements expand its capabilities with a flexible modulation matrix, an arpeggiator, and built-in effects such as chorus and delay. You can layer or split sounds, automate parameters, and explore a large library of expertly crafted presets to jump-start your creativity.
