Phone number ownership and registration data retained while numbers are active. We do not access or monitor message contents.
Metadata (sender/recipient, timestamps) retained for 30 days. Message contents are end-to-end encrypted and not accessible.
Customer billing and account information retained for 7 years per UK law.
eSIM order information including purchase details, ICCID numbers, activation codes, usage statistics, validity periods, and country/region data. This data is retained for the duration of the eSIM validity period plus 7 years for billing compliance. We do not have access to actual data usage content or network traffic.
Virtual number ownership and registration data retained while numbers are active. This includes phone number, country, external provider ID, subscription status, and billing information. Ownership data is retained while numbers are active, and billing records are retained for 7 years per UK law. We do not access or monitor message contents.
SMS verification sessions retain only anonymised metadata (service name, country, timestamps). Message content received during a session is stored temporarily and permanently deleted upon session completion. No verification message content is retained or accessible after the session ends.
Recycled numbers are previously used verification numbers offered at a discounted monthly rental. Ownership and registration data is retained while the number is actively rented. Service blacklist records (which services a number has been reported as non-working for) are retained indefinitely for service quality purposes.
Guest purchases (eSIM or SMS verification) are tracked via a secure session UUID. If an email address is voluntarily provided, it is retained for invoicing and support purposes. Guest sessions are not linked to any user identity. Billing records are retained for 7 years per UK law.
