Patient Updates

Following up on an animal you brought us? Please follow these guidelines:

  • DO NOT CALL US for patient updates. We need to keep our phone lines available for emergency calls.
  • Please WAIT to request an update until AT LEAST 2 DAYS after the animal was brought in.
  • If you have sent a form already, please be patient. We are a small, nonprofit staff and are working as fast as we can to get back to you.
  • Please make sure you’ve entered your correct email address. Your update will be delivered by email. Double-check the junk folder!
  • We address status inquiries in the order in which they are received and will respond within 7-10 days.​
