What started as your home for the CrossFit Games now brings the full CrossFit experience to your fingertips: the Workout of the Day (WOD), the latest content from the CrossFit education team, and everything you need to watch and participate in the CrossFit Games season. Log your Open scores, follow the leaderboard, and watch the Games livestream. The CrossFit app is where the global CrossFit community comes together—all year round.

Newsfeed – Fuel your journey with fresh tips, athlete stories, coaching insights, and training content straight from CrossFit HQ.
Workouts – Access the daily WOD from CrossFit.com, complete with scaling options for every fitness level. Follow it as your main program or save your favorite workouts for future inspiration.
Competition – Join the CrossFit Games season from anywhere. View the schedule, complete the workouts, submit Open scores, track your rank on the leaderboard, stream events, and follow athlete profiles—all in one hub.
