Whomever it was that thought it was amusing to let off a fog horn right outside my room at 03:06 this morning will be bitten to death. It is against school rules to make excessive noise in the dormitories after 21:00 and before 11:00. I have requested permission from our hall director to have security cameras set up in all the corridors of the dormitory. I have also requested permission to form a disciplinary committee to take care of these delinquent students. When both of my requests have been granted permission, and I see no reason they won't be, I will begin accepting applications for the committee.
