We are a team of arts leaders, organizers, and creative professionals committed to building a stronger cultural future for Waco. Our staff brings experience in marketing, public art, community engagement, fundraising, and cultural strategy.

We serve as a backbone organization for the arts in Waco. Our work includes managing arts grants, coordinating public art, supporting cultural planning, advising partners, and helping local creatives access opportunities. We collaborate with the City of Waco, McLennan County, and community partners to strengthen cultural development and make arts accessible and visible across the region.
