Orders are dispatched every Monday from Poland. Delivery time depends on the destination country and typically takes 2-4 business days.

• 2–3 business days – Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania
• 3 business days – Belgium, Denmark, Netherlands, Romania, Slovenia
• 3–4 business days – Croatia, France, Italy
• 4 business days – Bulgaria

If you receive any fruit that doesn't meet our quality standards, please let us know right away. Take a photo of the affected product and request a replacement - we'll arrange it for you free of charge as quickly as possible. Each box also includes a flyer with detailed instructions on what to do in this situation.

Absolutely! Each fruit is carefully wrapped before shipping to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition. Mangos, nuts, and dried fruit are packed in protective kraft paper bags. Every parcel is cushioned with paper filling and placed in an additional shipping box to prevent crushing and other damage during transit.

We work with long-standing, trusted suppliers who provide fruit directly from Thailand, Vietnam, and other countries to Poland. This ensures that our products are always sourced straight from their countries of origin.
