You're in the right place for reserving your tickets for C++Online!
The email address used to register will be used for:
- Sending a small number of emails containing important information as we get closer to, or during, the event.
- Accessing the different conference systems
Therefore, if you are registering on behalf of someone else, please ensure that their details and preferences are recorded in the second part of the form.
Purchasing through a company by bank transfer is possible - please see the Payment methods section, below
Please note that all prices, below, are subject to UK or EU VAT.
New £50 Indie Ticket
This year, in an effort to make the conference even more accessible, particularly to those who are early in their career development but don't qualify for a student discount, we have added a new ticket for individuals and indie developers at half the price of the standard corporate rate ticket (which will remain at the previous price of £99). This new ticket is available to anyone who's employer is not funding their attendance to the event - we will not be policing this and so we are relying on attendees to pick the appropriate ticket type. Of course, if you wish to purchase the corporate ticket in order to further support the conference and effectively contribute a further donation to the running of the event, that would be very much appreciated. But in a nutshell, we want as many people to attend as possible and so if you cannot afford the corporate ticket for any reason, please feel free to use the individual ticket instead.
Discounted Entry
You can also get discounted entry if you are a Member of ANY of the Supporting Meetups or Community Sponsor Organisations (which you can find here)

We will soon be adding tickets for 7+ workshops which will all take place at least two or three weeks after the main conference finishes.
All Workshop Registrations will include FREE access to the main conference. Therefore if you think you would be interested in attending a workshop, please wait to purchase a main conference ticket until the workshop tickets have been made available.
Try Before You Buy
This year, we will also be offering taster/preview sessions for selected workshops as part of the main conference programme. These sessions are intended to give attendees a short preview of the full-length, paid workshops that will take place after the main conference. If you purchase a main conference ticket to attend a workshop taster session and later decide to book the full workshop, the workshop ticket price will be discounted so that you pay the same total as if you had booked the workshop before the conference.

All Main Conference Registrations do not include access to the paid workshops but does include access to workshop taster/preview sessions which will take place during the main conference.
All Workshop Registrations include a Main Conference Registration. However, do note that if you purchase a main conference ticket to attend a workshop taster session and later decide to book the full workshop, the workshop ticket price will be discounted to reflect the price you paid for your main conference ticket.

Terms & Conditions
EU VAT
Please note that if you are a VAT registered company based in the EU, you will currently be unable to reclaim the VAT through the reverse charge mechanism as we are currently waiting for our EU VAT number to be issued.
However, we will resend any relevant receipts to include the EU VAT number once it has been issued (which should happen in late January or early February)
Cancellation Policy
Purchased tickets may be cancelled for a full refund, less a 5% processing fee, up to four weeks before the event.
From four weeks to five days before the event the cancellation fee is 40%.
During the last five days before the event the cancellation fee is 80%.

Payment methods
Ticketing is provided by Tito and credit card processing by Stripe. Please note that all ticket sales using this form include UK VAT. For alternate payment methods, or invoices, please contact us.
If you are paying on behalf of an EU or EC company with a reverse charge VAT arrangement with the UK then it is especially important to contact us first.
