Sam Hadley Presented at ABA Forum on Construction Law Midwinter Meeting

CPMI’s Sam Hadley recently served as a panelist at the American Bar Association (ABA) Forum on Construction Law Midwinter Meeting held in Dana Point, California. Sam presented as part of Plenary 5: “Maximizing the Value of Expert Testimony in Mediation and Arbitration.” The session explored the evolving role of experts in construction disputes, from providing early case assessments and supporting negotiation strategies during mediation to delivering effective and persuasive testimony in arbitration. The panel also discussed best practices for engaging and preparing experts, as well as common pitfalls when presenting expert testimony related to both liability and damages.
The ABA Forum on Construction Law Midwinter Meeting brings together leading construction attorneys, consultants, and industry professionals from across the country to discuss emerging issues and developments in construction law and dispute resolution.
