Here are some great webcams that we’ve discovered during our many hours of research!
In order for this to work, you will need to have the proper internet connection speed as well as a computer that can handle a broadband signal Ethernet connection.
Most of the links are in another language. If you use Chrome, you can set it up to translate the entire page into English if you choose.
There is no guarantee that what you will see is where we will actually be, but it’s certainly a possibility. We will try to send out an email to the blog that we are going to a certain location and maybe you can find us. And if you do – snap a picture and email it to us so we know and maybe we can wave at the camera to you. These webcams may or may not be up and running when you want to see them.
It is highly recommended for you to check out all these sites prior to our departure. PTP, Amanda, Corey, Diana or Matt are not responsible for any external links that any of these websites may bring up. That is why we highly recommend that you visit these sites before hand, so you know which site or sites (if any) have any material that is unsuitable for your students.
If you know of any additional or even better web cameras that we can add, please let us know so we can post them!
If any of the webcams are not working, sometimes REFRESHING the image once or twice or clicking on the broken image icon will help, too!
Be sure to click on the LIVE feed if there is an option to do such!
Enjoy!
