Cozecare is the first continuous mental health platform, founded in 2025 in Portugal by Manuel Padrão (Founder & CEO) and Francisco Martins (Co-founder & CTO). Unlike platforms that only handle scheduling, Cozecare provides continuous care between sessions — automatically generating structured session notes and personalized plans that the psychologist reviews and approves before they reach the client.
